Big hype, little substance

While the staff here were genuine and accommodating, the amenities fell short. The noisy atmosphere, coupled with limited breakfast options, left me wanting more. A close metro and shopping centers provided convenience, but a room upgrade is necessary for a comfortable stay. Price feels right, but the experience could be so much better.

The location good and unbeatable near to the Metro station. And adjacent to bus stops, all tourist areas, and many excellent and also cheap restaurants. Neat, soundproof unit with balcony, and amazingly nice staff.

The twin room was impressive. A work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were provided. The location was central, STUNNING handy to Metro 150m.

Avenue is ideally located in the Deira area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Gold Souk and Meena Bazaar. The staff members, especially at the restaurant during breakfast, were remarkably friendly and professional, managing to maintain high efficiency even during busy periods. The breakfast spread was diverse and satisfying each morning, which added to the overall positive experience. ,

A minor downside was the limited parking availability.

We had a perfectly pleasant stay with first night I spent in the hotel.

We got a room with a bidet.

The wonderful staff and the accomadation. Excellent security staff & perfect location to shopping & the rest of the bars.

Internet was excellent, but a little too expensive.

Both lovable and frustrating

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with quick access to metro, eateries, and the airport. The staff were friendly and always eager to assist.

Despite a clean environment, the breakfast choices were limited, with stale bread and coffee that missed the mark. I faced confusion regarding the charges on my bill.

We stayed in an a nice size and well-organisedroom with a balcony and 1 big bed and WiFi.

1-It is good fro single young travelers if are intrested in dubai night life. 2-The staff are kind and friendly. 3-I arrive earlyer to hotel but they make early checkin for me without any extra fee or complain.

1- until late in the middnight there was lot of voice in my hotel floor, which sure will disturb you if you are sleeping! Due to lot of young boys and their guest,... . 2-for this reason you there was lot of smoking in the area and even I was requested none smoking room but once you open the door of your room imidiately you smel lot of smoke in your room atmospher. 2- The internet is expensive they charge you daily(24hrs) 50 AED which is equal to 12 Euro per day which is quest expensive and the funny is it is daily fee, so if you use it or no in next day you need to buy againn the credit of internet!

The culinary scene at Avenue is on point! I couldn't get enough of the good breakfast spread, even if it was a bit hit-and-miss at times. Shoutout to that lovely receptionist by the night desk-she really brought the warm vibes and knew how to. Plus, the cozy ambiance of the Premium Double Room made it hard to leave.

Location, Ambience & Service is very good. Slightly over budget

No where quiet to have a drink, a Not good for business

The hotel's 24-hour reception helped us book several excursions. We loved that it was centrally situated near vibrant restaurants and attractions. Plus, the breakfast was always a good spread! Truly reminded me of a little getaway for the family.

My children wanted a more varied playground for kids.

Excellent location, the hotel is just 5 mins walk from the Al Rigga Metro Station. There are good restaurants nearby including few good Lebanese ones. Metro is a convenient & affordable way to beat Dubai traffic jams. I paid extra for the gold class and the ride was comfortable. Very clean, staff very polite and helpful and especially liked the check-in staff. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Lower floor rooms suffer from late night Disco music.

Expensive breakfast buffet, 50Dhs, dishes were dry at 9.45 am. Wifi is extra and costly. We are in the year 2012! Lots of cheap call girls loiter nearby at late night. Not recommended for Families. All smoking rooms
